Who is W&R Murray

W&R Murray was established in the 1950's as a Radio and TV Shop. In fact the 'official' name still is W&R Murray Radio and TV, but inside you are likely to find washing machines, fridges, freezers, dishwashers, small electrical appliances, Tvs, VCRs, DVDs, cycles, hardware, etc. etc. But, in our favorite corner, Needlecraft supplies! This is the newest addition - only 3 years old but growing all the time! We also have a framing section done by a friend Rod Funnell - a real expert. The shop is old fashioned with a veranda at the front. I have two assistants Mary and Roslyn who both stitch, are very friendly and love to chat. We are also willing to help and if we can't we will surely know someone who can. We stock far to much for our little shop! We have charts/kits from Australia, New Zealand, and the U.S. We have lots of charts which a lot of other shops here do not stock - Shepherd's Bush, Drawn Thread,Victorias Sampler,etc. We hope you will enjoy your visit and if you are ever in Scotland we would love to see you!
